Any recommendations, insights, AI-generated explanations, coaching responses, weekly reports, or content based on health, recovery, activity, or usage data are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical guidance.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any sauna, cold exposure, compression therapy, breathwork, recovery protocol, exercise program, or wellness practice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions, including free trials such as 7-day or 30-day trials, are managed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers.

We do not directly store or process your full payment card information. Payment data is handled securely by these third-party providers in accordance with their privacy policies.

5. Partner Studio Access

Some users may receive access to Grøn Signatur through partner studios, affiliated organizations, founder programs, product purchases, or promotional partnerships. In such cases, limited information may be used to verify eligibility and grant access.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

- Supabase (authentication and database)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Apple and Google (authentication, payments, and health integrations)
- Artificial intelligence providers and machine learning platforms used to power Recovery Intelligence features

These services process data only as necessary to provide their functionality and are subject to their own privacy policies.

7. Health Data Integration

Grøn Signatur may integrate with Apple Health, HealthKit, Google Health Connect, or similar health platforms to access certain health-related data, such as sleep duration, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), activity, and recovery-related metrics, only with your explicit permission.

This data is used solely to provide personalized and adaptive wellness recommendations, Recovery Intelligence insights, weekly reports, recovery coaching, and improved functionality within the app.

We do not use health data for advertising, marketing, or resale purposes.

Health data is processed securely and only for functionality directly related to the Service. You may revoke access to health data at any time through your device settings.

8. Automated Recommendations and Recovery Intelligence

Grøn Signatur may use automated processing of your data, including onboarding responses, recovery data, session history, usage data, and health data where permitted, to generate personalized session recommendations, recovery insights, weekly reports, and AI-powered coaching responses.

Recovery Intelligence is designed to help you better understand your recovery status, recovery patterns, wellness habits, and recommendations generated by the Grøn Signatur platform.

Recovery Intelligence only analyzes information associated with your authenticated account. It is not designed to access, compare, summarize, or disclose information belonging to other users.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

9. AI Data Processing

To provide Recovery Intelligence features, limited recovery-related information may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence providers acting on our behalf.

This may include compact summaries of your recovery status, session history, health signals, adaptive recommendations, and wellness preferences. We aim to send only the information necessary to provide the requested feature.

We do not permit Recovery Intelligence to use your health data for advertising, resale, or unrelated marketing purposes.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time directly within the app:

1. Open the app
2. Navigate to your Profile
3. Select "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

When you delete your account:

- Your personal data, account information, recovery data, usage data, and associated app data are permanently deleted or anonymized
- This action is irreversible

We may retain limited information only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, subscription, or operational purposes.

11. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your information. Data is transmitted securely and stored using trusted infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
