Eligibility
Because our products are large, high-end, and often shipped through specialized carriers, most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
● They are unused
● They remain in their original packaging
● They show no signs of wear, installation, or handling damage
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and logistics reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
● Used cold plunges
● Installed saunas
● Open-box massage chairs
● Customized or made-to-order items
Restocking Fees
Large wellness equipment requires professional freight handling and inspections.
For this reason, returns may incur a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on supplier policy and shipping conditions.
