Terms of Service for Grøn Signatur

Welcome to Grøn Signatur, a wellness application provided by Gron Wellness LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grøn Signatur application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use Grøn Signatur only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the Service or use it in a way that could harm the platform, other users, or our business.
2. Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
Grøn Signatur offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscription terms may include monthly or annual billing cycles.
We may offer promotional free trials, including but not limited to 7-day or 30-day free trial periods. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the trial.
Premium features may include Recovery Intelligence features, AI-powered insights, coaching, reports, and other advanced functionality. Availability and usage limits may vary by subscription plan.
Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers. Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the policies of those platforms.
4. Partner Studio Access
Certain users may receive complimentary or bundled access to the Service through partner studios, product purchases, affiliated organizations, founder programs, or promotional partnerships. This access is subject to verification and may be modified, limited, or revoked at any time at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property and Restrictions
All content, features, functionality, designs, text, graphics, audio, video, software, recovery methodologies, adaptive recommendation systems, Recovery Intelligence features, and related intellectual property within Grøn Signatur are the exclusive property of Gron Wellness LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or exploit any portion of the Grøn Signatur application or its content without prior written approval and authorization from Gron Wellness LLC.
6. Wellness Disclaimer
Grøn Signatur provides wellness guidance, educational content, adaptive recommendations, and Recovery Intelligence features for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Any recommendations, adaptive recommendations, recovery insights, AI-generated explanations, coaching responses, weekly reports, or content generated based on health, activity, recovery, or usage data are provided solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be relied upon as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare guidance.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying any sauna, cold exposure, compression therapy, red light therapy, breathwork, recovery protocol, exercise program, or wellness routine, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
7. Adaptive Recommendations and Recovery Intelligence
The Service may provide personalized session recommendations, recovery insights, AI-generated summaries, educational explanations, and Recovery Intelligence features based on user inputs, usage patterns, session history, recovery data, and health-related data (where permitted and enabled by the user).
Recovery Intelligence is designed to help users better understand their recovery status, recovery patterns, recommendations, and wellness habits.
Recovery Intelligence is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical monitoring.
AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. Grøn Signatur does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any recommendation, insight, report, explanation, or AI-generated response.
All recommendations, insights, reports, and coaching responses are optional and require user review, judgment, and approval before being acted upon.
Certain Recovery Intelligence features may be subject to usage limits, rate limits, subscription restrictions, or availability limitations.
8. User Responsibility
You acknowledge that participation in sauna, cold exposure, compression therapy, breathwork, recovery activities, and related wellness practices carries inherent risks.
You are solely responsible for your health, safety, decisions, and actions while using the Service.
You agree to stop any activity immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, uncomfortable, or unsafe.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Supabase (authentication and database)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Apple and Google (authentication, payments, and health data integrations)
- Artificial intelligence providers and machine learning platforms used to power Recovery Intelligence features
To provide Recovery Intelligence and personalized features, authorized recovery data, session history, wellness data, and health data may be processed by third-party providers acting on our behalf.
Recovery Intelligence is designed to analyze only information associated with the authenticated user's account and is not intended to access, compare, summarize, or disclose information relating to other users.
We are not responsible for the performance, policies, practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.
10. Availability
We strive to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that Grøn Signatur will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, bugs, outages, or delays.
Recovery Intelligence and other AI-powered features may be modified, limited, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gron Wellness LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, claims, or other liabilities arising from your use of the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Reliance on recommendations or adaptive recommendations
- Reliance on Recovery Intelligence outputs or AI-generated content
- Participation in wellness activities
- Interpretation of health-related, recovery-related, or wellness-related data
- Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, interruptions, or unavailability of AI-powered features
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
